درباره موسسه اعتباری نور:

موسسهٔ اعتباری نور در سال 1391 و با ادغام سه موسسهٔ مالی و اعتباری پیشگامان کویر یزد، ریحانه‌گستر مشیز و کارسازان آینده شکل گرفت.
در 22 فروردین 1394 مجوز تاسیس موسسهٔ اعتباری نور از سوی بانک مرکزی صادر شد. پس از آن در تاریخ 18 اردیبهشت 1394 این موسسه به ثبت شرکت‌ها رسید و نهایتا در تاریخ 11 تیر ماه 1394 مجوز نهایی موسسهٔ اعتباری نور به امضای ولی‌الله سیف، رئیس کل بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران رسید.
